3. Do I have to buy any cameras or software to get virtual tours?
No, 360 Virtual Vision will take care of everything. We capture, process, host and distribute your virtual tour.
4. What are the sizes of the virtual tours (i.e., how fast will they download)?
360 degrees virtual tours download extremely fast. The virtual tours are from 80k to 100k and are downloaded within 15 seconds on a dial-up connection!
5. Will viewers have to download additional software to view my virtual tours?
Java Viewer: No, clients viewing your website do not have to download any additional software to view your virtual tours. All you need is a basic PC or Mac running an industry standard Java enabled web browser, such as Microsoft Internet Explorer or Netscape Navigator.

Flash Viewer: Yes, but most computers have it already installed. In the unlikely event that it needs to be downloaded, it will take about a minute on a standard dial-up connection.
6. What are the system requirements to view a virtual tour?
Windows 95/98/Me/NT/2000/XP and Internet Explorer 3.02+ or Netscape 2.0+
7. Do I have to be present at my property when the photographer is shooting my virtual tour?
No, you don't have to be present during the shooting of your virtual tour, provided you have made prior arrangements for the photographer to have access to the property and the property is in a tidy state.
8. How long does it take for a photographer to shoot a virtual tour?
It usually takes just 1 hour for a photographer to shoot a full virtual tour of four scenes. We ask that you have the property ready for filming at the time of the appointment.
9. May I decide what shots I want in my virtual tour?
Yes, you may choose any scenes or rooms to be represented in the virtual tour of each property.
10. How do I pay for my virtual tour?
Payment is required upon completion. Account customers will be invoiced and required to pay within 28days.
11. What will happen if I am not satisfied with the images?
If your not happy with your virtual tours, we will be happy to review the tour and discuss your concerns.
12. Can the images be digitally edited to correct problems with lighting or subject matter?
Virtual tours enhances all images using Adobe Photoshop at various stages in the virtual tour development process. We use high-end Nikon digital cameras and therefore can produce high quality images. If the lighting or subject matter is not up to standard, our technical team uses sophisticated techniques to correct the images.
